Yes. Clients can add or update their phone number directly within the platform.

Why this matters

The phone number on file is used to deliver the SMS two-factor authentication (2FA) code during sign-in. Keeping this information up to date ensures uninterrupted and secure access to the account.

What clients should do

Clients can update their phone number from their account settings at any time. Once updated, future 2FA codes will be sent to the new number.
