How to Complete the KYC (Know Your Customer) Verification Process
To ensure security, compliance, and uninterrupted access to Remitian’s services, all users are required to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. This process confirms your identity and helps protect your account and financial transactions.
The verification process is quick, secure, and typically takes less than five minutes to complete.
How to Complete Identity Verification
Follow the steps below to verify your identity within your Remitian account

Sign in to Your Remitian Account
Log in using your existing credentials.

Navigate to “My Account”
Click on your profile and select My Account from the dropdown menu.

Click the “Verify” Button
Select the Verify button to begin the identity verification process.

Follow the On-Screen Instructions
You will be guided through a secure verification workflow. Once completed, your account will be fully enabled for platform use.

Required Documents
Please upload the following:
- A clear photo of the front and back of your driver’s license
- One of the following documents showing your name and address matching your ID:
- Bank statement
- Notice of Assessment
