Pre-filling your KYB form from business documents

During business verification, Remitian can read your business documents and fill in your Know Your Business (KYB) form for you. You review every field before you continue.

Before you start

Have a recent business registration document, such as articles of incorporation, ready as a PDF.

Pre-fill your KYB form

  1. In Tax Accounts after adding a business, go to the Start Verification step.
  2. Upload your business documents and select Continue.
  3. Wait a moment while Remitian reads the documents.
  4. Review the pre-filled fields, including your legal business name, Business Number and address.
  5. Complete Primary business activity, which is required.
  6. Select Continue to submit.

Good to know

  • You can edit any pre-filled field.
  • If a document cannot be read, the form stays editable so you can fill it in yourself.
