Public Holidays 2026
How Remitian manages payments scheduled outside of Federal processing dates.
There are a number of dates during the year when returns are due to be filed, and/or certain payments or remittances are due to be paid.
When a due date falls on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday recognized by the CRA, Remitian will move your payment to the previous business day so that your payment is considered on time to the respective tax jurisdiction.
