In Canada, CRA details stay attached to every payment, every client type gets a tax connection confirmation, and the Remitian API now supports Canadian tax payments. Both regions get a faster, more secure portal.   ### Canada **Your GST/HST payments keep their CRA program account** When you create a GST/HST payment in the portal, the CRA program account number stays attached from setup through remittance. Every payment lands on the right account. **Confirmation for every tax connection, for every client type** Business, trust and charity clients now receive a confirmation the moment their tax connection is set up, the same as individual clients. You know it is ready to use without checking. **Build Canadian tax payments into your platform** The Remitian Public API now supports Canadian tax payments for CRA (corporate and payroll) and Revenu Québec (three payment types). Integrators can also run identity verification and the AML questionnaire through the API. A sandbox is ready for partners to start building today, with production access and developer documentation coming next. ### United States **See every payment in one Payment History** Payments sent over banking rails now appear in Payment History alongside the rest. You have one complete record for each client. **Control and revoke passwordless access in a few clicks** Integration partners can now list, filter, search and revoke passwordless tokens from the Developer Portal, and review each token's full change history. Token values always stay masked. **A smoother passwordless sign-in for your clients** The verification code arrives by text right at the phone verification step. Closing the code window returns clients straight to sign-in. ### Canada and United States **Approvals that expire on time** Schedules waiting for approval now expire reliably on their due date, whatever your notification settings. Nothing past due sits in the queue. **Payment details checked as you set them up** When you create a schedule, the payment type is checked against the tax authority and the bank account is validated before you save. Mismatches are caught at setup, not at payment time. **A smoother portal, day to day** - Add new clients with names in any letter case. - Add tax accounts right away, even while the section is still loading. - See every row on the Tax Entity Payments tab, including the last one. - Move back through authentication code boxes with Backspace. - Give a team member access to every client at once with Select All, or by role group. - See product notices from our team right in the portal. **Stronger protection for your account and data** We completed an internal security review and tightened protections across the platform.
