Remitian V. 3.7
Release 3.7 - Released: July 9, 2026 - Type: Scheduling, Developer Portal & Improvements - Audience: Firms
At a glance
Remitian 3.7 is a United States release focused on customer-visible changes: broader state tax automation, a self-serve Developer Portal for external integrators, and the ability to reschedule an expired payment in place. A set of everyday-experience fixes are included as well.
|
Highlights: the Developer Portal opens Team Management, Firm Management, and Webhooks Phase 01 for external integrators; expired payments can now be rescheduled. |
For firm users and taxpayers
Reschedule an expired payment in placeWhen a payment expires, you no longer have to recreate it from scratch. Reschedule is now a first-class action that preserves the amount, bank, authority, and entity information already on the payment. Choose a new date and continue. This is available to taxpayers and firm users.
For external integrators: Developer Portal
The Developer Portal opens self-serve tooling that previously required a support request. Access to write actions is gated to team members with the Editor role.
Team Management
From the Team Members grid, Editors can now:
- Edit a member's name and role.
- Trigger a password reset for a member.
- Re-send an invite to a member who has not yet accepted.
Home and Developer Tools
The Developer Portal home page is now called Home and includes a Developer Tools tab bar covering Client Applications, Webhooks, and Widget Library.
Firm Management
A new Firm Management page lists every firm your organization has access to. The table is server-paginated, sortable, and searchable, and shows each firm's logo, notification flags, client-application access, and joined date. From this list, Editors can grant or revoke client-application access.
Webhooks (Phase 01)
External integrators can now configure a webhook endpoint directly from the portal. Configuration covers activating and deactivating the endpoint, regenerating the signature token, and sending a test delivery. Signed webhook events are published and delivered with retry handling.
Small wins and fixes
These changes address everyday friction reported by firms and their clients.
