# Resubmitting a tax account connection

If a tax account connection does not complete, you can try again without re-entering everything. The connection form opens with the details you last submitted.

### **Resubmit a connection**

1. Open the client profile and select **Tax accounts**.
2. Find the account with a connection that needs attention and select **Connect**.
3. Review the pre-filled details and correct anything that caused the issue.
4. Select **Submit**.

### **Tips**

- Double-check the tax ID number and the address on file with the agency.
- Expanded rows in the tax accounts summary stay open when the page refreshes, so you will not lose your place.
