Why can’t I reset my password?
If you’re seeing an error when trying to reset your password, it’s likely because your account has not been fully registered yet.
What’s happening?
You were invited to Remitian by your firm, but the invitation has not been accepted. Until you complete the signup process, your account remains inactive, and password reset functionality is unavailable.
How to resolve this

Check your email inbox for an invitation from Remitian.

Be sure to also check your spam or junk folder.

Open the invitation email and follow the instructions to complete your registration.

Once your account is active, you’ll be able to log in and use the Forgot Password feature if needed.
Still can’t find the invitation?
If you’re unable to locate the invitation email or it is expired, please contact your firm administrator and ask them to resend the invite.
